The contract work consists of engineering design services for and the construction of a new Grenland bridge over Frierfjorden in Porsgrunn and Bamble Municipalities. In addition to the new Grenland bridge, the contract also includes the completion of Kjørholt and Bamble tunnels. Newly blasted tunnels must be completed and existing tunnels with traffic must be prepared for one-way traffic. The contract mainly comprises:
