E-learning course health and welfare

Ski Kommune

Procurement of an electronic learning course on the health and welfare service in Oppegård and Ski municipalities.
The courses shall be based on the current laws, regulations and guidelines for, amongst other things, medicines and handling medicines. The courses must be based on the Norwegian Electronic Medicine Hand Book (NEL), the Norwegian Medicine Hand Book and it must be approved by a pharmacist with competence within handling medicines in the municipal health service. Courses for nurses must be approved by the Norwegian Nurses Association.
The e-learning programme must be easily available in the competence portal that the municipality has and it must support MS Windows clientPC with Windows 7 or Win10. The system must also support being run in a web browser, Internet Explorer and/or Chrome and it must be available over the internet.
