Bybanen Utbygging

D16 consists of the ground works for bybanen (light rail) and upgrading of the road system along Hjalmar Brantings vei, and the round-about at Folke Bernadottes veg. It stretches from Oasen's eastern corner to the driveway to Hjalmar Brantings vei 10, 12 and 14 at the old Foto Knudsen building.
The contract primarily comprises the rail's concrete structures that carries the rail from the ground to approx. 1 m above Oasen's main entrance, new road installation, alteration of water and sewage, alteration of cables, including 132 kV cable, preparation of landscape adjustments and new of stops. Many of the initiatives are supportive of the existing Oasen buildings. The contract also comprises 3 entries/exits to Oasen's car park, where one will go under and into the existing parking basement.

Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement:
The tenderer's annual financial statements including notes with the board and auditor's reports from 2015, 2016 and 2017.
If the annual financial statements for the last year are not finished before the tender deadline for this contest expires, the last year's preliminary annual accounts should also be attached.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment from Experian.
Financial strength will be evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Qualification Requirement:
The tenderer must have sufficient implementation ability to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement:
A short, general description of the company shall be given, including:
— a statement about the competence profile related to the scope of the delivery,
— description of the company's organisation for implementation of this type of contract, including use of UE.
The tenderer must have relevant experience from deliveries of an equivalent nature, size and complexity.
A description of the tenderer’s most important deliveries in the last 5 years. The Contracting Authority can also consider descriptions of the tenderer's relevant deliveries carried out more than 5 years ago.
The attached template shall be used (Annex 5).
The reference descriptions must include enough information for an evaluation of the tenderer's (and any sub-contractors') concrete contributions. The description must state why the reference project is relevant for this assignment. The Contracting Authority must be able to contact the reference person.
