Better learning for pupils with great learning potential and close up with science national strategy for science in nurseries and primary and secondary education (2015-2019), 2 competence packages are to be developed on pupils with great learning potential. The target group for the competence packages are employees in primary and secondary schools, sixth form colleges and consultants in PPT. The competence packages will strengthen the target group's concrete knowledge basis and competence in identifying, mapping and commissioning measures within facilitated learning. One competence package has employees in schools and consultants in PPT as the target group and will contribute to good facilitated learning for the pupil group general education. The other competence package has employees in schools as the target group and will contribute to good facilitated education for the pupil group particularly in science subjects.

A competence package consists of content elements/resources that are presented as a structured school based development course.
In order to solve this assignment, we have to find a tenderer who will develop and produce content for the competence packages. The development of the resources must be done in cooperation with Udir. The estimated value of the contract is 2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

The aim of the option is to make more competence packages on children and youths with great learning potential for other target groups.
