Oslo kommune v/ Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF

The purpose of the procurement is to establish a regular and quality management of the contracting authority's green areas. The care will contribute to well-maintained outdoor areas, which encourage use and create contentment. Furthermore, the procurement will take care of the contracting authority´s obligations to tenants in its properties. Amongst other things, there is a need to mow and manage the lawns. Furthermore, there are hedges and trees by most of the buildings, which must be managed. The contract will also ensure leaf cleaning on the properties, and removal of gritting sand in the spring.
