Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) [the Norwegian University of Science and Technology] is implementing tenders for agent services (subscription services) on behalf of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Universitetet i Oslo (UiO) [Oslo University], Universitetet i Bergen (UiB) [Bergen University] and Norges arktiske universitet (UiT) [the Arctic University of Norway].
The objective of the procurement is to establish a Framework Agreement for services connected to procurement and follow up of printed and electronic subscription resources. Consortium agreements via other than us (for example the Ministry of Education and Research’s service agency and the Norwegian Health Library) shall not be involved in the tender process. The tender also includes development of future services connected to subscription resources.
A contract shall be signed with 1 tenderer for all of the named institutions, but each of the institutions will sign a separate contract.
