Hedmark fylkeskommune

A complete case/archive system will be procured, based on Noark 5, with archive functionality and functions for general case management, and meeting and committee processing. The system must allow further development in accordance with national requirements and user needs. The system must be currently used in public administration.
The new joint case/archive system must be operative in the new county by 1.1.2020 at the latest.
This means that the system ought to be ready for testing in August 2019, so that the Contracting Authority can test the system´s functionality, adapt work processes and routines, and implement user training.

This means that the system ought to be ready for testing in August 2019, so that the Contracting Authority can test the system´s functionality, adapt work processes and routines, and implement user training.
The new system must have the following characteristics:
— simple and efficient: It must be easy to find things in the system,
— user friendly and intuitive: User needs must be met as far as is possible,
— integrable with other systems: The system must function as seamlessly as possible with the county´s other systems,
— give a basis for the digitalisation of services: It must be easy and efficient to use digital services,
— the system must be designed as a good platform aimed at current and future digital systems.
Varighet: 36 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract will be valid for 3 (three) years from the start-up date. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 3 (three) months notice is given by the Contracting Authority before the renewal date. The tenderer has the option to terminate the contract 12 (twelve) months prior to the notification of contract renewal.
