Pre-qualification to a competition with negotiations in accordance with the regulations part I and III for procurement of telephony services in SSB.
The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act dated 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) FOR 2016-08-12-974. parts I and III. The award of contract will be made in accordance with the procedure for competition negotiations after an expiring notice, cf. §13-1(2).
The tender contest is initiated with a qualification phase. Only tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements and have consequently been invited, will be able to submit a tender offer.

The objective of the procurement is to enter into an agreement for the purchase of new telephony solutions such as service, mobile telephony subscriptions, open and maintenance of the current Trio Switchboard solution as a private cloud service as well as integrations between these solution.

A more detailed description of the delivery is given in Annex 1 to the pre-qualification.

An exhaustive detailed description of the delivery will be part of the tender documentation that will be sent out after the pre-qualification has been carried out.
