The Contracting Authority shall procure a two way messaging service for communication between school and employees/students. The service shall be utilised by all schools in the Oslo School. The background for the procurement is the current agreement is expiring.
In 2016 a total of approx. 8.8 million messages were sent in the current two way messaging services. The anticipated volume will increase during the contract period.
Based on the current use, the anticipated value of the agreement is approx. 2 000 000 NOK — 8 000 000 NOK over the agreement period. After the agreement is signed, the Contracting Authority is free to decide how much or how little the service is used.
