The objective of framework agreements is to maintain/operate the contracting authority's owned and leased buildings in a professional and future-oriented manner.
The agreement period is 2 years from the date that both parties sign the contract.
The contract's amount or value:
The estimated contract value for craftsman services is NOK 7 000 000, for technical disciplines NOK 14 million, and for operational services NOK 7 000 000. This is the total estimated value for the 4 years contract period.
The estimated value is based on former consumer statistics and the contracting authority is not bound by this estimate. There can be fewer assignments, and projects and assignments currently unknown may be added to the framework agreements.
