Fjellinjen is facing several challenges in the future. One of the focus areas is self-service customers. Approx. 25,000 of the approx. 600,000 agreement customers are currently using our App. Native. The customer experience must be perceived and function as an app for the end-user. The app must also enable the end-user to work offline or on low-quality network.
Our customers will not be needing the App. when using PWA, Store or Google Play. This is simplifying the procedure for our end-users. PWA will also enable the customers to add the programme/the shortcut they are finding most useful on the home monitor, without the problems that may occur when using an App. store (Google Play/App. Store). Our customers will by this also get a system that works on all digital media and browser selections.
