Requirement:

Tenderers must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract. This bullet point will be subject to assessment of turnover, annual results, as well as key figures in the balance sheet.

Documentation:

The company's last annual financial statement including notes, the board's annual reports and audit reports, including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.

The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement:

Tenderers shall have a quality assurance system/control system.

Documentation of the tenderer's quality assurance system/control system.

If the tenderer is certified, it is sufficient to enclose copies of certificates issued by independent bodies.

Tenderers must have an environment management system.

Documentation:

— An account of the tenderer's environmental management system. If the tenderer is certified, it is sufficient to attach copies of certificates issued by the independent body.

Experience is required from equivalent assignments. Equivalent assignments mean experience from automatic logging of pore pressure/ground water level and presenting the values in a website system.

An overview of the tenderer's equivalent assignments executed over the past 5 years. The summary must indicate the contracting authority, name of a contact person, the nature of the work, scope and value, as well as the time and location of the execution of the work.

Tenderers shall have sufficient technical, personnel and organisation capacity to fulfil the assignment.

Account of the available workforce (administrative management and other employees), machines, materials and technical equipment that the tenderer has at his disposal for fulfilment of the contract.

The competition has been cancelled, cf. the utilities regulations '21-4 Cancellation of a competition. (1) The Contracting Authority can cancel a competition with immediate effect if there is a justifiable reason.» The competition is cancelled as there was a deviation between the submission deadline stated in the tender documentation (11.1.2018 at 12:00) and the submission deadline stated in the competition notice (11.1.2018 at 00:00). In practice, this means that EU-Supply closed the system for submitting tenders 11.1.2018 at 00:00. Several tenderers had believed the deadline to be 11.1.2018 at 12:00 and did not, therefore, manage to submit their tenders. An equivalent competition will be announced shortly.
