The contracting authority would like tenders for two complete monitoring stations for local air quality.
Complete means: 2 monitoring sheds, one shall be a mobile monitoring station whilst the other shall be a complete station. Instruments (with the necessary equipment) for monitoring PM10, PM2.5 and NOX shall also be included in the stations. The monitoring stations shall be located in Lørenskog municipality and at Ulven in Oslo respectively.
In addition we would like to use the same delivery to procure the necessary instruments for a monitoring station located at Kransen in Moss.

Kort beskrivelse:

The necessary equipment for carrying out complete monitoring on all instruments is to be included and priced. For example: Zero air generator etc. for NOx.

The delivery includes the following:

Monitoring station at Ulven in Oslo:

o Instruments for measuring PM10,

o Instrument for measuring PM2.5,

o Instrument for measuring NOx with the accompanying equipment for carrying out the measurements (gas bottles, zero air generator etc.),

o Monitoring shed with the accompanying equipment,

o Data logs.

The offered monitoring shed shall be ready for use, i.e. the following is to be included:

— Insulation,

— At least 1.7 x 1.7 x 2.0 (BxDxH),

— Air conditioning,

— Electrical installations with power sockets,

— Work tops for the instruments,

— The tender shall also include a picture of the offered monitoring shed,

— It shall be secure and suitable for service, also as regards the shed roof.

Mobile monitoring station in Lørenskog municipality:

o Instrument for measuring PM10,

o Instrument for measuring NOx with the accompanying equipment for taking measurements (gas bottles, zero air generator etc.),

o Data logs,

o Air conditioning.

The offered monitoring shed shall be ready for use, i.e., the following is to be included:

— Must have room for instruments that measure PM10, PM2.5 and NOx and all the included equipment that is necessary for satisfactory measurements.

— Must have the following minimum measurements: B: 125 cm, D 70 cm, H 160 cm.

Instruments for the monitoring station at Kransen, Moss:

Existing monitoring sheds have the following internal measurements:

H: 115cm,

B: 95cm,

D: 95cm.

There is an air conditioning unit and 2 shelves in the shed.

Note: tenders can be given for 1 instrument that measures both PM10 and PM2.5.

All the instruments shall be certified in accordance with the relevant CEN standards and references to reports from the certifications shall be enclosed with the tender.
