Karmøy kommune

The procurement is for language training in Norwegian through practice.
The aim of the service and the introduction programme is to prepare for and
clarify further options for education and/or ordinary working life.
A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer.
The service is to be given in the form of half day placements with practical language training in Norwegian.
There will be 5-25 half day placements per day that the service is provided. Tenderers shall offer practice with language training for the number of participants that KVOS/NAV has a need to provide this service to, but maximum 25 half day placements per day that the service is provided. The average will most likely be 15 half day placements per day that the service is provided.
The framework agreement period will be 1 year, with a unilateral option for the contracting authority to extend the framework agreement for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year.

— Norwegian tenderers shall have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order. A tax certificate not older than 6 months from the tender deadline, shall be presented by Norwegian tenderers.

Norwegian companies must present a company registration certificate.
