The façade of the ‘Maskinhall’ and the bunker shall be rehabilitated by improving the brick walls and paint. The existing pipe shall be rehabilitated.

There will be organised a common inspection of the construction area on the 28.6.2017 at 12:00 local time, in addition to 10.8.2017 at 12:00 local time. The short time between issue of the Invitation to Tender and the inspection are the cause for this prior announcement.

All interested parties will meet at the main entrance at Tou Scene.

The purpose of the inspection is to provide an insight into the framework that applies for the contracting works that are not easy to describe in the Invitation to Tender documents.
Minutes of meeting will be recorded that note the time for the inspection. Should there be any questions to the Invitation to Tender documents during the inspection, both the questions and answers will be included in the minutes of meeting. The minutes of meeting will be published as an appendix on Doffin/TED. The minutes of meeting will be a part of the Invitation to Tender documents.

Contractors should participate in the inspection. If a contractor does not participate, Stavanger kommune will regard this as a statement that the contractor has the same knowledge of the framework that applies for the contracting works as the contractors who participates in the inspection.

Any expenses in relation to the inspection shall be covered by the individual contractor. It is a prerequisite that the contractors gain knowledge of the construction-site and relevant factors that are relevant to the execution and costs (power supply, water, etc.).
