In the parliamentary bill No 21 (2016-2017) ‘Desire to learn — early efforts and quality of the school’, the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research suggests a module-based postgraduate service for headmasters and other school managers who have completed the Master programme in Educational Leadership or equivalent education. The measure is intended as a contribution to ensure the compliance with the requirement for systematic competence development for school managers, beyond the basic competence provided in the programmes for educational leadership.
This is a prequalification process and only prequalified tenderers will be invited to submit tenders. In accordance with the amendments in the Public Procurement Law and Regulations, the tender documentation and other tender documents must be attached the notice at this stage. The prequalification deadline is er 11.12.2017 and the tender deadline is 10.1.2018.
