Skedsmo municipality: 4 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum,
Sørum municipality: 1 500 000 — 2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum,
Enebakk municipality: 500 000 — 1 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum.
These values are subject to great uncertainty as the requirement varies from year to year. The volume must be seen as a non-binding estimate. See part 2, requirement specifications for further information.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(ESPD: Part II A.e) Certificates for Tax and VAT.
The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
Documentation: A certificate showing paid VAT, taxes and social security contributions is required. The certificate shall be issued by the competent authority in the country where the tenderer is established (the Norwegian certificate for tax and VAT is common and can be ordered from altinn.no, former RF-1244) in accordance with the laws and regulations in the country of origin. The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

The contracting authority is not allowed to request the certificate if he has already received it, in accordance with the regulations § 17-1(4). If you have submitted a tax certificate and it is still valid at the tender submission deadline for this contest, you are not obliged to submit a certificate now. If this is the case, stated when and to who the certificate was previously submitted. You can, however, enclose the certificate voluntarily if you want.

Tenderers are asked to submit other information they believe is relevant. The contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary information about the tenderer's finances.
