The Contracting Authority's request is for a framework agreement for the provision of media monitoring services. The service includes a system/media portal with the accompanying support, as well as, amongst other things: Media monitoring of open sources on the internet, media monitoring of payment based sources on the internet, media monitoring of social media, including Twitter, Facebook, forums and blogs, media monitoring of radio/TV, including internet TV, media monitoring of printed sources and analysis services.
