The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training shall enter into a framework agreement for IT consultancy services. The objective of the framework agreement is to get access to qualified consultants for the stated categories and in accordance with the defined and agreed upon conditions. The service shall be provided in a resource and time saving manner for the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training during the agreement period.
