Kompetanse Norge

Kompetanse Norge shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for development services of EPiServer publication systems for kompetansenorge.no Kompetanse Norge's Intranet, as well as mobile platforms. At the same time, Kompetanse Norge shall enter into a contract for maintenance of an EPiServer with the same supplier. Kompetanse Norge's website (kompetansenorge.no) and its Intranet currently use EPiServer CMS 9.12. The design and content are coded separately. The systems are located on Kompetanse Norge's own servers. The contract does not include server operation. The contracts shall see to Kompetanse Norge's need for maintenance, support and further development of the website, Intranet and mobile platforms and the tenderer shall be a total supplier of these services.

At the same time, Kompetanse Norge shall enter into a contract for maintenance of an EPiServer with the same supplier. Kompetanse Norge's website (kompetansenorge.no) and its Intranet currently use EPiServer CMS 9.12. The design and content are coded separately. The systems are located on Kompetanse Norge's own servers. The contract does not include server operation. The contracts shall see to Kompetanse Norge's need for maintenance, support and further development of the website, Intranet and mobile platforms and the tenderer shall be a total supplier of these services. This means that the tenderer shall offer services and competence in disciplines such as support for a user analysis, assistance with user experience, information architecture, content strategy and user friendliness in addition to purely technical maintenance and further development. There will also be a need for support for setting up and implementing user testing. The framework agreement for further development of the website can, therefore, include a broad spectrum of services. We envisage, amongst other things, a need for assistance with the analysis of content and user needs, development of new services and the implementation of new functions.
