The contracting authority would like tenders for the delivery of GNSS instruments, laser scanners, total stations, levellers, GNSS/GIS systems, etc. The purpose of the procurement is to acquire instruments etc. for geodesy and surveying purposes in the department, but also instruments/systems for other assignments such as, amongst other things, registration with NVDB (National Road Data Bank), positioning of drilling rigs and various scanning assignments. The contract period is 2 years from the date that both parties sign the contract. The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 10 million per annum. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration cannot estimate the exact extent, the volume can vary from year to year and it will depend on several factors, including use and new systems/models. The Contracting Authority has a further option to extend the contract for one + one year, thus the total possible contract length is four years. A contract will be signed with 2 tenderers for this procurement.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian. In order to be qualified tenderers must be assessed as credit worthy from a point score. In case of any doubts or need, the last three years accounts will be assessed in addition.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Tenderers must have the financial capacity to implement the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Tenderers shall confirm that they comply with this requirement when submitting their tenders.
Tenderers must present the following documentation proof if requested by the Contracting Authority.
Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries and services performed during the past 3 years, including information on the point in time, a brief description of the assignment, as well as the name of the public or private recipients.

A minimum of 3 (maximum 5) reference assignments must be described.
2) Tenderers shall confirm that they comply with this requirement when submitting their tenders.
Tenderers must give an account of how sufficient capacity for this assignment will be ensured.
Among other things, a staffing plan should be submitted for the assignment, showing the number of employees, hired persons, etc.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) Tenderers must have experience from equivalent contracts.
2) Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and implementation ability.
