The project includes the development of a two-sided cycle lane as well as a one-sided pavement. Exit roads and side roads shall be adapted to the new traffic situation. The current retaining walls along the north side of Prof. Kohts shall be replaced. New retaining walls along the south side shall be constructed.
Cast-on-site walls and stacking walls with soil reinforcement shall be constructed. Piling under wall S1 is included.
The stretch is approx. 1 250 m long. A new road light system shall be established.
A new water and sewage system and a drainage and storm water run-off system shall be established.
A continuous cable system in the plant must be considered.
Some light filling with foam glass.
Demolition of garages. The establishment of temporary parking lots and storage containers.
Challenging traffic management. The average annual daily traffic/AADT
is 2,800, many cyclists. In periods the entire road or parts of the road are expected to be closed (the properties shall always have access) Control by traffic lights must be expected.
The project will be implemented model-based.
