2017/751 — Framework agreement for communication and profiling services HMN RHF

Sykehusinnkjøp HF

The contract is mainly for the procurement of communication and profiling services and any other sporadic procurements within the same segment for the specialist health service in Helse Midt-Norge.
A framework agreement will be signed for 2 years calculated from when it is signed.
After that the Contracting Authority can extend the agreement for up to 1 year at a time. The total maximum agreement period is 4 years. The options will be triggered automatically and on identical terms unless otherwise requested by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority has a notification obligation of 30 days, if the contract shall not be extended.
The framework agreement has an estimated value of 3 200 000 NOK excluding VAT. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that this estimated value is not binding for the Contracting Authority.
In some cases the tenderer may not be used for limited parts of the contract for project related work.

Helse Midt-Norge RHF and sub-entities shall always have access to services within:
— -Production and design of digital systems in various formats.
— -Production and design of printed matter, such as magazines, brochures, flyers, roll-ups, placards, etc.
— -Design and graphical layout (the tenderer must familiarise himself with the templates for the profile programme for Helse Midt-Norge).
— -Development and content for social media.
— -Competence within analysis and measuring effect.
— -Media training.
— -Support and planning events. Helse Midt-Norge has recently revised its communication strategy. This will be put before the board 17.10.17. See Annex 7 — Communication strategy for Helse Midt-Norge rev 2017.
