The Norwegian Parliament has processes within booking, visits and meeting room activities that currently involve several systems, both electronic and manual. The procurement shall ensure a new system that will unify and make several of these processes more efficient. This will, amongst other things, include a booking system for meeting rooms and food orders, visit registrations and a booking system for section for visits and facilitating services.

The system shall also support an option to see all activities in the Norwegian Parliament. The users' wishes for increased flexibility and self-booking shall be emphasised.
The Norwegian Parliament will move the planning horizon further into the future through work with prognoses and planning in order to achieve the best use of resources and this must be supported by the system.
The contract shall include the procurement of a system with adaptations and development for the contracting authority, as well as maintenance and further development within the limits of SSA-V in the system's lifetime. The Norwegian Parliament would like to enter into contracts with a tenderer who can be completely responsible for the management of the system for the entire lifetime of the contract. In addition, supplementary procurements for and further development of the system are included.

The lifetime is, for evaluation purposes, set to 6 years. The equivalent also applies to the contract length. Emphasis is put on the fact that this is the expected lifetime and that the contract length can be longer.
