Oppegård kommune

Ski and Oppegård shall procure a publication system for the municipal websites and intranet.
The publication systems shall primarily facilitate:
information on municipal services, digital self-service systems for events, applications, insight and dialogue on political processes, insight, contribution and dialogue, work surface for the municipalities' employees with information on and options for interaction and access to trade systems.

The current contract for running the website system in Oppegård municipality expires 31.12.2017. This covers both websites and intranet as well as the website for Kolben Arts Centre.
Ski municipality also has a need for a new intranet until 01.01.20.
The procured system ought to be flexible and function both in the period up until Nordre Follo municipality is up and running and after this new municipality comes into force 01.01.20. A lot of the information on the websites and intranet that were established for Oppegård and Ski shall be continued on the new website and intranet for Nordre Follo municipality. It is therefore important that the content can be exported from old to new websites.
