Previous scope and distribution between the product groups is only a guide for future need. The Contracting Authority emphasises that previous scope in total and part goods/product groups may vary greatly from year to year. The stated volume and distribution is therefore non-binding for the Contracting Authority.

This framework agreement does not apply for deliveries to the refurbished and rehabilitated Town Hall in Gjøvik kommune.
It also does not apply for other investments/and development assignments in the region.
The objective of the competition is entry into 1 — 2 framework agreement for the purchase of furniture, fixtures and equipment.
Tender offers can be delivered on all of the product groups combined (Group A, B, C, D), or group A, B and C combined, or only group D, see also Annex 3 Price Form.
The agreement shall have a duration of 2 years from the date the contract is signed, with an option for an extension of 1 year + 1 year.
