Volda Hospital — a emergency power supply plant

A production and distribution plant for emergency/back up power supply generators shall be upgraded at Volda Hospital. The existing generators shall be replaced by 2 new generators with a capacity of 800 kVA. The generators shall be delivered in containers and placed on the roof.
The contract includes delivery and installation of new emergency/back up power supply generators options, if any.
The works shall be executed continuously. The works shall also be coordinated with the other contractors. Considerations to the Hospital's operations with regard to test and commissioning shall be emphasised.
The voltage of the new generators shall be a 400 TN-S system.

(In Norway: Certificate/RF1244) from the tax collector and the municipal treasurer/collector of taxes, not older than 6 months).

KK — Self-declaration HSE. The supplier shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment. This shall be confirmed in a self-declaration. Documentation requirement: Signed form for HSE self-declaration (not enclosed).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

KK — Economic capacity: Tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to implement the agreement. Audited Annual Financial Statements with notes, the board‘s annual report and audit report for the last 2 years for entities with accounting obligation. Any newer information of relevance to document the company's economic position.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

KK — Reference: Experience and references from similar assignments during the past 3 years are required. Documentation requirements: The tenderer must provide a list of the most important deliveries during the past 3 years, including information concerning value, date and recipient (name and e-mail). The references will only be contacted if required.

KK — Quality assurance system: The services that are to be supplied must have a good, well-functioning quality assurance system. Documentation requirement: A statement regarding the tenderer's quality assurance system/quality management system or a copy of the system certificate issued by accredited certification bodies or similar documentation.
