The existing route shall be used and the contractor must therefore prepare an option for passing the cable or other measures to ensure continual electricity supply to customers in the area. The power line shall be built on E and H masts with 1.5 m phase distance. Masts impregnated with creosote shall be used. The foundations for the masts shall mainly have an excavated or blasted pit. Some places the masts can be assembled on rock with rods. Feral 35 8/1 sp. shall be used as a phase line. OPGW with 48 fibre tubes shall be used as an earth line. Some new network stations with cable installations will also be included in the project. Four new network stations are provisionally being considered. There will probably also be several alterations to existing network stations. The competition will be held as a negotiated procedure with two stages, with tenderers being qualified in stage 1 and receiving the tender documentation in stage 2.
