Bane Nor wishes to enter into an agreement with 1 provider of internal audit. The service provider shall be Bane Nor's internal auditor. The scope of the audit shall be determined in co-operation between the service provider and the Railway Infrastructure Company's management and board. An annual audit plan shall be prepared. The audit plan shall describe the audit assignments that shall be conducted during the year. The audit projects shall be documented by separate reports and annual complete reports. The service provider shall also be able to conduct audit tasks and additional assignments outside the audit plan.

Begrunnelse for hurtigprosedyre:
In this case it is of significant importance that the audit services in connection with the establishment of a new railway infrastructure company is commenced as soon as possible. It is, therefore, not possible to use the ordinary deadlines in the Public Procurement Regulations § 19-4, Minimum deadlines for tender contests with negotiations. Minimum deadlines in urgent cases, cf. § 19-5 (1) are therefore being utilised.
