Bane Nor wishes to enter into an agreement with 1 provider of internal audit. The service provider shall be Bane Nor's internal auditor. The scope of the audit shall be determined in co-operation between the service provider and the Railway Infrastructure Company's management and board. An annual audit plan shall be prepared. The audit plan shall describe the audit assignments that shall be conducted during the year. The audit projects shall be documented by separate reports and annual complete reports. The service provider shall also be able to conduct audit tasks and additional assignments outside the audit plan.

The assignment's total annual scope is subject to uncertainty. The uncertainty of the scope is i.a. due to the Railway Infrastructure Company being a newly established company and the requirement and the scope of the internal audit will depend on several conditions.The assignment is expected to have a value between 4 NOK and 8 NOK per annum. Annual assignment quantity may be higher or lower than the estimated annual amount. Remuneration will be hourly based. The contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority shall have the option to extend the framework agreement for a further 2 years/1+1 to a total maximum of 4 years.
