The procurement of High throughput genotyping system

NTNU (The Norwegian University of Science and Technology)

The requested high throughput genotyping system must be a fully integrated system, suitable for efficient and reliable genotype sampling from numerous non-model types on 10 to hundreds of Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, (SNP's). The input material for the system shall be DNA and the output from the system must be data files with individual genotypes for each SNP. The genotyping ‘Call rates’ must be high, both in relation to samples ‘called’ and SNP's ‘called’, as well as high genotyping accuracy and reproducibility.
The genotyping system must demand short hands-on-time and a low genotyping per samle.
