The Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Laboratory supplies, Framework agreement

NTNU (The Norwegian University of Science and Technology)

The framework agreements shall cover the need for laboratory supplies and they will have a total value of approx. 25 000 000 NOK per annum for all the institutions, with the approx. distribution:
— NTNU 19 000 000 NOK per annum.
— SINTEF 5 000 000 NOK per annum.
HINT and Universitetet i Nordland (from 1.1.2016 called Nord Universitet) 1 000 000 NOK per annum.
The contract will be valid for 3+1 years.
The contract is divided in 7 main categories and tenderers are allowed to request participation in the tender contest for all or parts of the procurement. The categories are:
1. Various consumables: This is estimated to represent approx. 10 % of the total value of this category;
2. Gloves: This is estimated to represent approx. 10 % of the total value of this category;
3. Cell biology: This is estimated to represent approx. 10 % of the total value of this category;
4. Pipettes and pipette points: This is estimated to represent approx. 10 % of the total value of this category;
5. Various disposable plastic: This is estimated to represent approx. 30 % of the total value of this category;
6. Re-usable plastic and glass: This is estimated to represent approx. 20 % of the total value of this category;
7. Small instruments and small equipment: This is estimated to represent approx. 10 % of the total value of this category.
