The temporary occupational pension scheme shall be in accordance with the Law for Defined Contribution Scheme.

The Contracting Authority shall enter into a temporary deposit based occupational service for Bane NOR's new employees in 2017. In 2017 the estimated number of new employees is 170 employees.The assignment is temporarily and the contract period is from (one) 1 year until 31.12.2017. The contracting authority shall have an option to extend the contract for further 6 months so that the total contract length is a maximum of 1.5 years.The Ministry of Transport and Communications has decided that Bane NOR shall establish a new future occupational pension scheme that shall be valid from 1.1.2018. This contract shall cover all new employees from 1.1.2018 as well as former employees at the Norwegian National Rail Administration wishing to change to a new occupational pension scheme.
