Sunnhetsgrenden BT1 is the first part of a major development/renewal of the Vardeheim area in Randaberg. 34 nursing home places and a dentist surgery shall be established in construction stage 1. The ground floor will house communal functions such as reception, dentist surgery, waste, as well as technical installations. A basement car park shall be established under the entire footprint of the building. The 1st and 2nd floors will house nursing home places as well as the administration.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
— Foreign companies: Certificates of registration in professional registers as determined by legislation in the countries in which the tenderer is established.
Documentation for paid tax and VAT.
The tax certificate shall not be more than 6 months from the tender deadline. Tenderers must not have significant VAT arrears or an approved repayment plan shall be in existence.
— Tax and VAT certificate.
— Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home country certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have settled financial conditions and the financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Tenderers must achieve a minimum rating of good creditworthiness.
— A credit assessment from a certified credit assessment company that shows that the tenderer has good credit worthiness and which shows the turnover figures. The credit rating shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Tenderers shall have experience from at least 2 relevant assignments as regards the extent and complexity.
Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most relevant assignments in the last 3 years.
As a minimum the contract value, date of execution, the contracting authority and the name and email address of a contact person shall be provided.
The references will only be contacted if required.

Tenderers shall document the ability to carry out the assignment. The qualification requirements are minimum requirements for participation in the competition. In cases where a tenderer will use other suppliers' capacity to qualify, the tenderer must document to the contracting authority that the other company has the necessary resources and that the tenderer will be able to use the necessary resources by enclosing a commitment statement.

It is an absolute requirement that the contractor shall follow and comply with all the relevant laws and regulations for the execution of the contract. The contractor is obligated to ensure that wages and working conditions at the company's sub-contractors are in accordance with the regulations on wages and working conditions in public contracts. The contractor is obligated, upon request from the Builder/or his representative, to provide documentation of the wages and working conditions for employees who contribute to the fulfilment of the contract. A breach of any of the provisions in the regulations on wages and working conditions in public contracts will be seen as a contract breach and can lead to sanctions of withholding remuneration.

Cf. the regulations on wages and working conditions in public contracts. The contracting authority requires a self-declaration stating that the contractor does not have worse wages and working conditions that those in the current nationwide tariff agreement or what is otherwise seen as normal for the place and vocation in question. This applies for both employees at the contractor and for employees at any sub-contractor, who directly contribute to the fulfilment of the contract. The contracting authority will have the same requirements in the contract.
