Balsfjord kommune (Balsfjord municipality)

This is the same tender contest that was previously published with a tender deadline of 21.6.2016, and cancelled due to a wrong threshold value. Balsfjord municipality requests tenders for the construction of 20 residential units in a newly developed area for this purpose, situated in Nordkjosbotn. In addition to the sheltered accommodations that are divided in 2 buildings: 1 of the buildings shall function as a base for the home care service. The engineering, procurement and construction contract also includes the construction of roads, parking areas, a floodlit track and gardens. See the attached descriptions. The project is planned to be initiated by autumn 2016.
