The energy facility started up in 1999 and it started up with an incineration oven line.
1) A new oven was opened in 2010 and the capacity at the facility more than doubled line.
2) The contracting authority would like a framework agreement for service and maintenance of the ovens in line 1 and line 2. The service and maintenance will involve: — Inspection of the condition of the casting, spraying and tiles and reporting proposed improvements; — Removal of damaged casting, tiles and anchor; — Improve casting, spraying and tiles; — Day reports during the work as well as a final report after the work with proposals for further improvements.

Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from tenderer's country of origin. The certificate must not be older than 12 months from the tender deadline.

A self-declaration on conduct is to be filled in and enclosed.

A self-declaration on wages and working conditions is to be filled in and enclosed.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The annual report for 2014 (i.e. approved annual accounts and accompanying annual report).

Tax certificate. The certificate must not be older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A commitment statement shall be enclosed if a tenderer shall directly use sub-suppliers or collaboration partners for the assignment. The document shall document that the tenderer can use the necessary resources in the contract period. The document must be dated as close to the tender date as possible, and it must not to be older than 3 months.

Report on the tenderer's environmental expertise and procedures that document that the requirement is met. If this is described in the organisation's quality or environmental management system in accordance with ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, or other third party verified systems, it is sufficient to submit a copy of the current certificate.

Signed HSE self-declaration. The certificate must not be older than 12 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
