Purchase, installation and commissioning of inspection pit with various equipment for inspection of light and heavy vehicles at Nordkjosbotn Inspection Station. The equipment is requested supplied assembled, calibrated and ready to use with all the necessary fittings to conduct technical inspections, etc. of light and heavy vehicles, cf. Norwegian authority requirements. The objective of the procurement is to equip the existing inspection hall with equipment that ensure the possibility for execution of comprehensive technical inspections of light and heavy vehicles, cf. applicable guidelines.

The company's tax affairs must be in order in relation to payment of tax and duties.

Documentation Requirement: Tenderer shall enclose a tax and VAT certificate.

Norwegian companies: The certificate shall be as recent as possible and not older than 6 months old from the tender deadline. The certificate shall be issued by the Norwegian Tax Administration and it can be ordered in Altinn or at the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration.

Foreign companies: In the case of foreign tenderers, certificates shall be presented which substantiate the fact that the tenderer has met the obligations in relation to the payment of tax and duties.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer is required to have sufficient economic and financial solidity, which gives the contracting authority security that the supplier is financial viable during the entire agreement period.

Documentation Requirement: Annual Financial Statement for the last 3 financial years, including the Board's annual report, income statement, balance sheet, notes and Auditor's report.

Tenderer's experience.

The tenderer shall have expertise and experience with contracts of the same nature and complexity/difficulty.

Documentation requirement:

A list of the most important relevant deliveries and services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time, as well as the name of the public or private recipients. A minimum of 3 (maximum 5) reference assignments must be described.

Tenderer shall attached a completed Annex 2 — Experience Response Form.
