Option to complete the infrastructure after the main delivery. Option for consultancy services for unforeseen events and basic installation of the remaining technical services of the infrastructure.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The supplier shall not, unless a reputable reason is given, have any arrears with relation to the payment of fees and taxes to public authorities. Documentation requirement: Tax certificate issued by the proper authority in the supplier's country of origin. The certificates shall be issued on the Tax Directorate's form RF-1316 or another form that provides the same information. The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the submission date of the offer. Any arrears must be explained and reasoned.

The supplier must be a legally registered company. Documentation requirement: Certificate of registration according to the legislation in the supplier's country of origin. The certificate must be no older than 6 months from the submission date of the offer.

The supplier must fulfil the statutory demands of pay and working conditions. Documentation requirement: The supplier must produce a declaration of pay and working conditions.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The supplier must have the economic and financial capabilities to fulfil the scope and obligations of the agreement. Documentation requirements: 1. Annual statements, annual report and auditor's report from the 2 previous fiscal years. If the annual report is not available yet, the latest quarterly report may be attached. If the supplier is in doubt, whether the present documentation is sufficient or not, alternative documentation from parent company, auditor or financial institution may be accepted. Any parent company guarantee must follow the template in attachment 5. The parent company is also subject to the same requirements of documentation concerning economic and financial capabilities. Helse Nord reserves the right to gather a credit report from Bisnode if deemed necessary.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The supplier must have experience with the delivery of converged and/or hyperconverged infrastructure with high requirements of availability, performance and security. The supplier must also have experience as a system integrator of the aforementioned infrastructure. Documentation requirement: The supplier must produce no more than five relevant references of satisfactory deliveries of their most important works over the previous 3 years. Use the template in attachment 3. The references should include, as a minimum: *A brief description of the delivery. *Time of implementation. *Value of delivery. *Role in delivery (supplier or sub supplier). *State of delivery (production, test/pilot, under implementation). *Contact information of reference person at the principal. Delivery to the private sector shall be documented with certificates issued or confirmed by the private, possibly by the tenderer's self-declaration. The Contracting Authority shall have the right to contact the stated references.

The supplier must have the proper competence and sufficient capacity to conduct the delivery. Documentation requirement: Description of the suppliers technical personnel, or the technical units under the supplier's disposal to honour the contract, whether they belong to the supplier or not. Including a statement of the average work force and administrative management over the previous 3 years. Use the template in attachment 4.
