The company must be operational from 1.1.2017. Work getting the company's activities in place has begun. Start up for this agreement will be immediately after signing of the agreement, with insurance solutions effective from 1.1.2017. The assignment applies for 1 year. The Contracting Authority has the option to extend the contract for a further 3 years (1 year + 1 year + 1 year), so that the total assignment length is a maximum of 4 years.

In this case it is essential that we have all insurance in place in connection with the establishment of a new company. Therefore it is not possible to apply the normal deadlines in PPR § 19-2. Minimum deadlines in urgent circumstances.
