Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1) The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Documented by: Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.

Foreign companies: Documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

2) The service provider must have a functioning HSE system. Documented by: HSE self-declaration.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

1) The tenderer must have sufficient financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations.

Documented by: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 1 year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The Research Council of Norway also wishes to obtain own credit assessments where appropriate.

2) Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.

Tax certificate;

VAT certificate (Certificate for paid VAT).

Businesses can order tax and VAT certificates from the 1 place. The tenderer can either apply to the local tax collection office or tax office. The certificates should not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline. See: www.skatteetaten.no

Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

Tenderers must have very good implementational ability and the capacity to provide the requested services and a good and well-functioning quality assurance system.

A brief description of the service provider's implementation ability (for relevant/comparable assignments) and capacity shall be enclosed.

Statement of the company's routines in relation to quality assurance.
