Place: Herslebs gate 5, 0561 Oslo, the reception, ground floor. Tenderers are asked to provide feedback on attendance at the site inspection to anderstynning.nystrand@vav.oslo.kommune.no Tenderers are requested to submit any questions in advance so that the Contracting Authority has the opportunity to prepare the answers. Questions will be anonymous. The minutes from the tender conference/site inspection will be published on www.doffin.no Travel expenses etc. for the tender conference and the tender inspection are to be met by each Tenderer.

Options for the procurement of further emergency power aggregate(s):

The contracting authority can require further emergency power aggregate(s) in 2016, 17 or 18, cf. the tender documentation point 1.4.1 second section.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— An overview of the most important completed equivalent deliveries in the last three years, including information on the contracting authority, the nature of the delivery, its content and extent, as well as the date and place of the execution

(remember if a tenderer will use other companies' capacity to fulfil some of the qualification requirements, a declaration of commitment must be enclosed from these other companies stating that the tenderer has authority over the necessary resources.).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers shall have good experience from equivalent deliveries. ‘Equivalent deliveries’ means the requested aggregate sizes, assembly and function tests, service and maintenance, as well as training operational personnel.
