Tittel: Repair and maintenance services of line telephony equipment

The objective of the procurement is to ensure reliable operation of the existing telephone exchanges and IP telephone servers in Oslo municipality. There are 70 — 90 telephony systems in use, and by the end of 2015 they had approx 10 000 subscribers. The number of systems and subscribers is decreasing each year, and a continuous reduction of systems and subscribers is expected during the agreement period. The reason for this is that activities requiring alterations are often replaced with different telephony systems or subscription services where a large part will include mobile telephony service with private automatic branch exchange functions.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate;

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
The company's last annual financial statement including notes, the board's annual reports and audit reports, including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit assessment itself.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have sufficient competence to serve a customer such as Oslo municipality.
Information on the education and professional qualifications at the tenderer and the company's administrative management, particularly for the person(s) responsible for providing the service.
Relevant experience from corresponding assignments is required.:
Description of the tenderer's 3 to 5 most relevant deliveries in the last three years, including information on the assignment's nature, value, date and the name of the public or private recipient. Maximum 5 (five) A4 pages in total.
