The telephony services shall comply with the Contracting Authority's Operational and Security requirements. This implies i.a. a high degree of up-time and availability, rapid responses to corrections of error conditions, as well as the ability to manage the information in such a way that the Contracting Authority's requirements for confidentially are upheld.
