The tenderer shall be a legally registered company. The company should have no arrears relating to the payment of taxes and duties to the government. Applies to all Norwegian tenderers.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The economic and financial position shall be documented by presenting the following information: — Annual accounts with the administrative board and auditor's reports, as well as income statements and balance sheets for 2014 and 2015. —Accounts per 30 June 2016, if available. Credit rating (not older than 3 months). — Information about the company's turnover.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer shall document having sound financing that does not cause doubt about continued operations during the term of this agreement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderer must possess expertise connected to the products and services included in the procurement. The company shall have executed relevant projects the last three years. The tenderer must have suitable and incorporated quality assurance procedures and control routines. The tenderer must have an established service and support organisation.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Overview of the company's turnover during the last 3 years.

A description of the professional competence and experience at the tenderer's disposal.

A description of up to 10, minimum 3 relevant deliveries from the last 3 years.

A brief description of the tenderer's quality assurance system required for this type of deliveries.

The service and support organisation for this type of delivery shall be described.
