Fusa Kommune shall build a new multi-purpose hall totalling approx. 3 000 m in Eikelandsosen in Fusa Kommune. The hall will be built over two floors. In addition to the court which shall have the measurements 25.5 m x 45 m, the building will contain a strength training room, foyer, social room, changing rooms, sanitary installations and technical room. In addition to sport, the hall and social room are planned to be used for many types of events, such as concerts and masses. A climbing hall has also been planned in the extension of the building. The climbing hall shall be priced as an option, as it currently hasn't been decided if the climbing hall shall be built in this stage.

The new construction shall be in the form and scale satisfying current requirements, but will at the same time stand out with two volumes of different material use:
The hall shall be erected with framework/lattice girders of steel, steel columns, light roof and outer-walls of sandwich elements. The lower part shall be erect with steel girders, steel columns, concrete walls, concrete slabs, light roof, and outer walls in timber with timber panel cladding.
