Requirement of climbing wall on mezzanine in SA:1. General:a. Width: 26m;b. Height: 11m;c. Maximum depth: See description at the end;d. Safety zone from outermost lowering point;e. The wall shall be constructed in accordance with EN 12572-1;f. The wall shall consist of 4 vertically divided sections:i. A section of 95 degrees slab;ii. A section of 90 degrees vertical;iii. A section of 85 degrees overhang;iv. 1 section should be DWS wall (see drawing attached).2. DWS section:a. It shall function as a fully fledged indoor wall at SA when it is not being used for DWS, and must therefore have anchors and between anchors;b. The wall boards: impregnated/surface treated on both sides;c. Steel: anti-corrosive treatment, for example galvanised;d. The wall's own weight should be driven down in, and anchored to the ground when used as a DWS wall. The crane shall function as support and stabilisation;e. There must be a platform at the top so that people can stand securely on the top. There must also be a ladder on the back side all the way down to the ground level;f. Lowest possible weight;g. Simplest possible assembly/disassembly;h. Must take into account transport in regard to the size of the modules:i. 4 metre overhanging when used as a DWS wall;j. Minimum 4 to 5 lines with top tether, hangers and short slings with carabin.3. Climbing Engineering:a. Climbing grips should be included. Brand and materials should be described. Min. 2 000 units;b. Minimum of 18 lines with hangers and short slings with carabin;c. 1 top tether per line, shall consists of 2 fastening points;d. Route setting shall be included. Min. 1 route per line. Entrance to the back side of the wall should be on the left (rear of the slab wall) side;e. All bolts and hanger must be non-corrosive.4. Design:a. Large climbing surfaces and some angle deflections (non #D effect other than in the transition between the walls);b. No 90 degree corners in the transition between the walls;c. Other;d. Transport of the wall should be included in the price;e. Board/lodgings and travel for all persons that shall assemble the wall should be included in the price;f. References should be enclosed. Including references for the outdoor wall.There is an area available for a wall that is 26 m wide and 11 m high. A 1 m safety distance has been calculated to the cable tray over the wall and the necessary distance to the electro cabinet in the left corner of the wall (when seen from in front of the mezzanine). Due to the platform used on the mezzanine, the available depth of the climbing wall is max. 1,68 metres from the outer wall (1,30 metres from the steel structure/upright). The largest electro cabinet behind the wall is constructed with an open door 1,48 metres from the lowest point on the outer wall and outwards. Therefore there must be a light opening of at least 1,50 metres behind the climbing wall where the cabinets are located. Measurements and angles on the wall: Length x height = 26 metres (h) x 11 metres (w). Depth = max. 1,68 metres from the existing wall (1,3 metres from the steel structure/upright). The slab wall (95 degrees) shall be built further out in the room, without conflicting with the platform. The wall should be divided up into the following widths and angles (set from the right to the left): Wall 1 — DWS wall = 6 m; Wall 2 — 85 degrees = 7,75 m; Wall 3 — 90 degrees = 7,75 m; Wall 4 — 95 degrees = 4,5 m.1 000 0001 400 000
