Vassdragsforbundet would like to find a professionally capable cooperation partner within initiative orientated monitoring of lakes, rivers and streams. The rivers flowing into Mjøsa and Mjøsa itself have been monitored for more than 40 years. The monitoring programme for the water area Mjøsa has been adjusted in accordance with the Water Regulations and in accordance with the environment authorities. The environmental standard shall be classified in accordance with Guidelines 02:2013 — revised 2015 — Classification of the environmental condition of the water.
The competition includes these sub-areas together:
1. Monitoring Stor-Mjøsa (main station Skreia);
2. Monitoring the water quality at 3 other stations in Mjøsa, Brøttum, Kise and Furnesfjorden, as well as animal plankton in Furnesfjorden;
3. Monitoring chemical and hygienic/bacteriological conditions in Mjøsa's 6 largest feed rivers and the outflow river Vorma, as well as biological surveys in the 11-12 largest feed rivers and Vorma on a rolling programme;
4. Reporting, including various presentations and entering all data into the database Vannmiljø.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The initiative orientated water monitoring for the water area Mjøsa for 2017, described in the requirement specifications (annex A) is also to be carried out in 2018 and 2019, as long as there available financing. The competition is therefore announced with an option for a further 2 years. This means that the total price for 2017 that tenderers work out will be multiplied by 3 in order to find a calculation basis for a decision in the competition (c.f. Annex B — price form). The contract will, however, be signed for 1 year at a time (c.f. Annex C), see the tender documentation.
