About the Contracting Authority:
The municipalities of Nordmøre: Aure, Averøy, Eide, Gjemnes, Halsa, Kristiansund, Rindal, Smøla, Sunndal, Surnadal and Tingvoll, as well as the Romsdals municipalities: Fræna and Nesset, have entered into an obligatory inter-municipal co-operation for ICT. The co-operation is called ICT Orkidé.
ICT Orkidé's vision is: Common solutions for joint effort.
We want to co-operate for the development of offensive and effective municipalities through the use of future oriented common ICT solutions.
The ICT co-operation has existed for almost 15 years and can demonstrate results. A common operations solution has been established for communication (Internet, email, tax accounts, health network, etc.), common portal solution and professional system within many speciality areas.
The Contracting Authority for this agreement is ICT Orkidé. Sunndal kommune functions on behalf of ICT Orkidé in the competition and will sign the contract on behalf of the municipalities.
The participating municipalities are: Aure, Averøy, Fræna, Gjemnes, Halsa, Kristiansund, Nesset, Rindal, Smøla, Sunndal, Surnadal and Tingvoll. Municipal companies (KF), municipal limited companies (AS), inter-municipal companies (IKS) and The Joint Councils' organisations are also included in the competition.
The objective and scope of the procurement:
ICT Orkidé wants to connect with a tenderer for the delivery of communication between the municipalities in ICT Orkidé, as well as joint internet communication.
The scope and cost of the assignment will depend on the services chosen.
A detailed description of the delivery is in annex 1: appendix 1 to the contract, Requirement Specification.
Partial tenders:
There is an opportunity to submit tender offers on parts of the assignment. The delivery is divided into:
1. Communication from the common point to the municipalities;
2. Common internet communication.
Here offers can be made on 1 or both of the parts.
Each part will be evaluated separately so that the tenderer can get a contract on the delivery of:
1. Communication from the common point to the municipalities;
2. Common internet communication;
3. Both communication from the common point to the municipalities and joint internet communication.
