To cover the Norwegian Medicines Agency's need for office furniture and the accompanying services through the establishment of an appropriate framework agreement.
The Norwegian Medicines Agency has entered into a contract with Entra for the hire of approx. 6 500 m² in Strømsveien 96. The take-over will be 1.12.2016. The Norwegian Medicines Agency shall now procure furniture for work places, meeting rooms, multi-rooms, furniture in social zones as well as shelving/bookcases. The Norwegian Medicines Agency intends to establish a framework agreement with the chosen supplier for both the project delivery and for supplementary procurements in the contract period.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Norwegian tenderers:
— Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign tenderers:
— Foreign companies: Documentation that proves that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations. — Credit rating from a certified institution, not older than 3 months.
If for valid reasons tenderers are unable to submit the requested credit rating, they may prove their economic and financial standing with any other documents that the Contracting Authority is able to accept.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have adequate implementation ability
A short, general description of the company shall be given, including:
— An account of the company's business concept and core competencies related to the scope of the delivery.
— Description on how the tenderer is organised for the implementation of this contract.
The tenderer may choose to rely on other companies' capacity to meet the technical and professional qualification requirements. The tenderer must, in such an event, document the resources of the companies on which he will rely and prove that he will have the requisite resources from these companies at his disposal during the contract period, for example by presenting a commitment statement, guarantee, co-operation agreement or similar.

Tenderers shall have good experience with equivalent deliveries. State at least 3 references from relevant assignments in the last three years. At a minimum the certificate shall include:
— contact person,
— telephone number,
— e-mail address,
— short description of the assignment, its extent and period.
If it is not possible to acquire signed or verified attestations, the tenderer shall provide a list of all relevant assignments with descriptions according to the above points.
The contracting authority must be able to contact the contact persons who are listed.
