Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer shall have their affairs in order in regard to the payment of tax, employer contribution and VAT. Tax certificates must not be more than six months old when calculated from the tender deadline.
Tax certificates are defined as:
For Norwegian tenderers:
— Form from the Tax Directorate (RF-1244) for…
… VAT issued by the tax office.
… tax and payroll tax issued by the tax collection office.
For foreign tenderers:
— Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have an arrangement for the payment of taxes and duties.
If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue these certificates, the tenderer should submit a statement which states that all taxes and duties have been paid.
The statement shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for finance.
For work to be carried out in Norway, the tenderer must fulfil the Norwegian HSE requirements: Completed and signed HSE self-declaration.

Our current portfolio of electronic journals is received in the following manner:
— Additionally to printed editions without additional charges;
— Additionally to printed editions with additional charges;
— Individual subscriptions for only the electronic edition (E only);
— Package with many titles direct from the publisher;
— Periodicals in full text databases.
The STAMI library uses the KOHA library system for the library's catalogue and ExLibiris, Metalib with SFX. It is a requirement that all procedures (reminders, orders etc.) can be undertaken in whatever system STAMI is using at any given time.
It should be possible to order, cancel and make changes in the portfolio throughout the entire year. Current subscriptions (2016) must be able to continue and if needed be renewable when signing the contract.
Describe procedures for processing of:
— orders (hereunder rush orders/date and reminders on orders).
— cancellations,
— renewals,
— expiry,
— notification about bibliographic changes including title changes,
Describe database services/systems that are available for the customer to collect information about publications.
Tenderer's database must give information about the library's portfolio. The following data shall be available:
— ISSN;
— Publisher's reference number;
— Title;
— Subscription number for the library and tenderer;
— Delivery address;
— Subject heading;
— Ordering number / BIBSYS document ID.
Describe how information about the bibliographical changes are followed up.
Describe how access to electronic periodicals is granted. Can tenderers assist with access through a uniform interface? Will use of the platform for electronic periodicals incur any annual additional costs?
The tenderer shall describe the following points:
— Interface and functionality;
— Access and procedures for link checking of individual titles;
— Managing licences;
— Information about new electronic versions of printed subscriptions;
— Warning services (RSS etc.);
— Statistics of use.
Kontraktutførelse

Tenderer shall describe how they are organised for the execution of this assignment so that this is safeguarded throughout the entire contract period.
One primary contact person shall be offered, whom STAMI shall deal with.
The contact person should have good professional knowledge of the products that the agreement concerns and is responsibly for daily operation and follow-up during the agreement period, including to assess the need for statistics, meetings.
The person concerned should have a good knowledge of Norwegian or another Scandinavian Language. The CV for this primary contact person must be submitted with the tender offer.
The tenderer shall describe which training methods they offer. Email shall be the standard manner of communication between the tenderer and the library.
