The procurement concerns the purchase of a defined contribution scheme in accordance with the Act on Defined Contribution Schemes and risk pensions in accordance with the Act on Company pensions for member companies/-businesses.
In The Association of Norwegian Theatres and Orchestras (NTO). We refer to the tender documentation that provides information about the pension level, risk performance etc. NTO is an Employer and Interest organisation for professional, government backed businesses in music and performing arts.
The association has 46 members in professional music and performing arts. NTO is organising the purchase of a defined contribution scheme on behalf of the members. The contribution scheme shall be organised in a Group Structure with NTO as the general body. Due to the fact that the employees should be able to move between the organisations with all rights and contribution scheme earnings in the same manner as with a group. Joining the employer contribution agreement is voluntary for the individual business. The current agreement has 80 - 90 % support in relation to volume of the number of employees.

Information and documentation necessary to evaluate if the requirements are met:
1. Company registration certificate;
2. Requirement to submit tax certificate for VAT (National requirement);
3. Requirement to submit tax certificate for tax (National requirement);
4. Requirement to submit a declaration in accordance with Appendix 2 of the Regulations concerning HSE (National requirement);
5. Confirmation that the pension agreement can be organised in a ‘group structure’ so that the employees of the member businesses can change employer within the member organisations and move with their pension account and rights without a pension capital certificate being issued. This is part of the qualification requirements because this is contractual in protocols of pension negotiations between the negotiating parties.

Kontraktutførelse
Hovedfinansieringsvilkår og betalingsordninger og/eller henvisning til relevante bestemmelser som regulerer dem: In accordance with the Forsikringsavtalelovens (Insurance Contract Act).
Juridisk form som skal antas av gruppen av økonomiske operatører som kontrakten skal tildeles til:
The tenderer must have approval (license) from Finanstilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority) to operate insurance activities in Norway.
Andre særlige vilkår:
The contracts will be regulated by the Insurance Agreement Act, i.e. that the contribution scheme/insurance agreement is entered into for 1 year with an option for renewal of 1 year + 1 year + 1 year.
The pension agreement shall be organised in a ‘group-structure’ so that employees in the member companies are able to change employers within the member businesses can move with their pension account and rights without a pension capital certificate being issued.
